1. Return must be done WITHIN 5-WORKING DAYS upon receiving your order.
2. Not applicable for SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE, and specifically stated non-returnable items like MINOR DEFECT DISCOUNTED ITEM. Orders placed using promo / discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
3. All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact). Return won't be accept if we do not receive original purchase receipt.
4. Before you return, please snap a photo of the item with receipt to get approval from us. Once we approve your return, all items must be shipped back WITHIN 5-WORKING DAYS upon item received.
(Excuses like "I just open the parcel and wash only I see the defect and etc will not be accepted if exceed 5days)
5. Please make sure you RETURN item was not ordered MORE THAN 3-WEEKS. Any KEEP / HOLD order in store which more than 3-weeks are not allowed for return.
6. ONE PURCHASE only allow to return ONE TIME.
7. Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
8. Unless the item is defective, all other postage will be borne by your good self including for the postage for the next shipment. You may put RM8(WM) or RM12(EM) postage in your return parcel.
9. We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
10. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
11. Once the return parcel is received, the full amount of item will become your store credit. You are required to use the store credit completely on the next purchase with validity of 60 DAYS ONLY.
【 Return Reasons which are UNACCEPTABLE : 】
Reason 1: Color look different from the website.
Answer: Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.
Reason 2: Found a defect on the item but item already been washed / after been received more than 5 days.
Answer: We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed / late inform seller. Please check your item upon receipt within 5 DAYS ONLY.
Reason 3: Found minor defect on Sales items.
Answer: Sales items may have slight defects/color discrepancies / measurements discrepancies and are strictly not returnable.
Reason 4: Found minor dirt or stain on item.
Answer: Minor or washable stain is not consider as defect item.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT / REJECT THE RETURNS FOR CUSTOMERS WHO RETURN PURCHASE TOO FREQUENTLY.
